Always a good breakfast with fresh orange juice. However, this time we got a room that was ice cold and when trying to get the heating on, the thermostat made a terrible noise and was not possible to turn off even after having turned off the heating just a little bit less noisy.
The beds are not made for two people if you don't have the same weight because you will fall down on the heavier person.
For the second night we got another room where the heating worked, but still very, very cold bathrooms! Another strange thing is that you don't get body lotion any longer and when I asked the cleaning lady for it she said they didn't have it, but when my husband asked he got it.
Would be nice if it could be in the room from the beginning. I am a Platinum member and have stayed at this hotel for about 7 years, twice a year, but next time we will probably try something else.

My only issue is with the key cards that seem to stop working regardless if I put them close to mobiles, credit cards, or not The hotel was 10 minutes from the office and even though is was located close to the highway, it was nice and quiet at night.

The rooms's clean, spacious and very comfortable as well as the service. I've been in Karawang several times and during my visit in July I decided to try the new Mercure: never again!
Room are nice and clean Staff is quite cold and slow, Breakfast is just so so. But the worse thing is the Disco Bar on friday night with very loudly music until am!!!
Karawang is not a leisure place, most of the people come here for business like me and sometime I have to work on Saturday. It's unacceptable the hotel do not allow its customers to sleep!
